Shipping policy

We are so happy to deliver Sunnys straight to your door. Our goal is to make your experience smooth and transparent from start to finish. 

We work with trusted international couriers such as FedEx, Aramex, and DHL. These partners handle deliveries from our main shipping center in the UAE directly to your home in Saudi Arabia.

SHIPPING

  • Shipping from Sunnys is completely free.
  • This means Sunnys covers the full delivery cost from our UAE shipping center to Saudi Arabia.
  • However upon delivery the carrier will collect two government regulated charges which every international shipment entering Saudi Arabia must pay
    • 15% VAT
    • Customs clearance fee up to 15 SAR per order
  • These charges are paid directly to the carrier not to Sunnys.
  • They are mandatory government fees and not delivery charges.

     

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

  • Duties and taxes for all new orders to Saudi Arabia are collected by the carrier upon delivery.
    • The 15% VAT and customs clearance fee up to 15 SAR are collected by the carrier on delivery.
    • These are government regulated fees and cannot be covered or refunded by Sunnys.
  • Exchanges are free and no additional duties and taxes/VAT charges will apply.

TRACKING

  • Every order includes a tracking number.
  • You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched to the carrier’s sorting facility.
  • Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier’s system.
  • If your tracking number has no updates after 5 business days please email us so we can check with the courier.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES FOR PRODUCTS IN STOCK

We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on the city or region.

  • KSA: 2-6 working days

These are estimated timelines provided by our courier partners. Delays can sometimes occur due to weather customs clearance or courier network issues.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES FOR PRE-ORDERS

If an item is on pre order it means it is currently being restocked from our international warehouse to our UAE shipping center.

  • KSA: 7-12 working days

If your order includes both in stock and pre order items we will consolidate them into one shipment to reduce packaging waste and carbon impact.

If you prefer split delivery please email us after placing your order and we will arrange it for you.

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and delays may occur that are out of our control (e.g. due to weather conditions or customs clearance delays).

WRONG ADDRESS:

Please make sure your shipping information is correct at checkout.
If a package is undeliverable due to a missing incomplete or incorrect address we will help as much as possible but we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.
We always verify shipping details with each order confirmation to avoid such issues.

MARKED AS DELIVERED:

  • If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it please first check with your neighbors building or household members and look for any delivery notices.
  • If you still cannot find your package please email us within 3 to 5 days of the delivery scan.
  • We will contact the carrier to start an investigation.
  • We will always do our best to help and may offer a replacement or refund once the investigation is complete.

REFUSAL OF PACKAGE:

If an order arrives in Saudi Arabia and the customer refuses to accept it the package will be returned to our UAE warehouse.

In such cases delivery fees and any third party costs charged by the courier will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds are issued only after the package has safely returned to our UAE warehouse and inspection is completed.
